摘要 为有效改善行为纠错效果,提升安全知识的指导作用,基于24Model致因路径明确了安全知识缺欠的4种致因模式。以企业安全检查人员为例,利用NVivo分析工具开展实证研究,构建出以弥补知识漏洞为切入点的六阶段行为纠错培训模式。研究结果表明,从事故致因角度出发通过辨识作业人员的不安全动作,准确定位知识漏洞而形成的“知识三角形”学习程序为弥补安全知识缺欠提供了途径。六阶段行为纠错专项培训突出安全知识提升的动态完整性,可实现与现有岗位培训教育的有机契合,为组织安全教育的多模式化开展提供了理论参考。

Abstract: To improve unsafe acts correction effect effectively and improve safety knowledge guidance, the four kinds of safety knowledge deficiencies have been presented based on the causation paths of 24Model. Using the NVivo analysis tools to carry out an empirical research, the six stages of training procedure of unsafe acts correction is built up to make up for safety knowledge loopholes. The research results show that the formation of the "triangle knowledge" learning program which formed by identifying unsafe acts from the perspective of the accident causation and accurately positioning knowledge deficiencies provides a way to make up the safety knowledge deficiencies. The six stages training of unsafe acts highlight the dynamic integrity of safety knowledge promotion, which can be organically combined with the existing job training and education. Additionally, it provides a theoretical reference for the multi-mode development of organizing safety education.
