In the context of the full implementation of the rural revitalization strategy, college graduates are an important force in the realization of rural revitalization, and governments at all levels respond positively to the call of the Party and the state and formulate various policies to increase the training of high-quality farmers and encourage and guide college students to return to the countryside to start businesses and find employment. The paper studies the current situation of college graduates’ going back to the countryside to start their own businesses and find employment under the background of rural revitalization strategy, which can help to alleviate the current employment difficulties of college students, foster their values, and cultivate their confidence and ability to integrate into the society. The study is helpful to make college students the main force in the overall revitalization of rural areas in the new era and it is of guidance and practicality.
