功能性力量训练对大学生女子足球运动员灵敏、速度素质影响的研究

摘要 

近些年我国女子足球运动的发展受到了越来越多的关注。通过运用文献资料法、专家访谈法、实验法、数理统计法、逻辑分析法就功能性力量训练对大学生女子足球运动员的灵敏、速度素质影响进行了研究。结果表明:功能性力量训练对大学生女子足球运动员的灵敏素质的提高有积极的影响,传统的力量训练对灵敏素质的提高没有积极的影响。两种力量训练对速度素质的提高都具有积极的影响且影响不同。

Abstract: 

In recent years, more and more attention has been paid to the development of women's football in China. By using the methods of literature, expert interview, experiment, mathematical statistics and logical analysis, this paper studies the influence of functional strength training on the sensitivity and speed quality of college female football players. The results show that functional strength training has a positive impact on the improvement of the sensitive quality of female college football players, while traditional strength training has no positive impact on the improvement of the sensitive quality. The two kinds of strength training have positive effects on the improvement of speed quality and have different effects.
