大林算法在氨汽化温度控制系统中的应用研究

摘要
针对某合成氨工艺液氨汽化过程的大滞后特性,研究了大林控制算法的基本原理和适用性。通过对现场生产数据进行辨识获得被控对象数学模型,利用西门子S7系列PLC控制平台,编制了基于了大林算法的液氨汽化温度控制程序,并在仿真实验中取得了良好地控制效果,对工程实际应用具有良好的参考意义。

Abstract:
Aiming at the large hysteresis characteristic of ammonia vaporization process of a synthetic ammonia process liquid, the basic principle and applicability of Dahlin control algorithm are studied. The mathematical model of the controlled object was obtained by identifying the field production data, use Siemens S7 series PLC control platform,the control program of liquid ammonia vaporization temperature based on Dahlin algorithm is developed, and good control effect is obtained in the simulation experiment, it has good reference significance for engineering practical application.
