积分分离PID算法在吗啉精制控制系统中的应用

摘要 

针对常规PID控制算法在吗啉精制塔顶温度控制系统中稳定差,受扰后不易稳定等问题,引入积分分离控制算法,基于西门子S7系列PLC,在STEP7编程软件中编制了积分分离PID控制块程序,并应用于吗啉精制塔顶温度控制系统。结果表明,采用积分分离PID算法后,有效降低了系统的超调振荡幅度,提高了控制系统的稳定性,在生产中取得良好效果。

Abstract: 

Aiming at the problems of poor stability of conventional PID control algorithm in the temperature control system of morpholine refining tower top, it is not easy to stabilize after being disturbed, the integral separation control algorithm is introduced, Based on Siemens S7 series PLC, the integral separation PID control block program is compiled in the STEP7 programming software, and applied to the temperature control system of the top of the Morpholine refining tower. The result shows that the integral separation PID algorithm effectively reduces the over regulation oscillation amplitude of the system, improves the stability of the control system, and achieves good results in production.
