摘要 

液力缓速器工作过程中,非制动工况下会产生空转功率损失。为降低空损,对不同转速下安装与未安装扰流机构的空损进行三维流场数值模拟。分析流场的压力场和速度场,解析扰流机构对空损的抑制作用。以扰流机构结构参数为设计变量,对扰流机构进行参数优化。通过DOE试验设计,构建RSM模型,利用第二代非劣排序遗传算法得出最优扰流机构结构参数。对比优化前后降损率,优化后的扰流机构降损率平均降损幅度可达9.5%。

Abstract: 

In the working process of hydraulic retarder, idle power loss will occur under non-braking condition. In order to reduce the air loss, three-dimensional flow field numerical simulation was carried out for the air loss of the spoiler mechanism with and without installation at different speeds. The pressure field and velocity field of flow field are analyzed, and the suppression effect of spoiler mechanism on air loss is analyzed. Taking the structural parameters of the turbulence mechanism as design variables, the parameters of the turbulence mechanism were optimized. The RSM model was built through DOE test design, and the structural parameters of the optimal turbulence column were obtained by the second generation of non-inferior sequencing genetic algorithm. Compared with the loss reduction rate before and after optimization, the average loss reduction rate of the optimized turbulence mechanism can reach 9.5%.
