摘要 

坚持应用型教育模式,培养和提升学生对石油化工生产过程控制、检测仪表分析和管理的综合能力,设计开发出了精馏分离自控虚拟仿真实验平台。该实验平台包含三个学习模块,实验内容涵盖:过程控制知识要点学习、厂区装置工艺探索、仪表装置操作、检测仪表检修、精馏DCS控制系统操作、精馏塔控制回路参数整定等6个方面的内容,解决了对安全性要求严格、耗能较大学校无法开展的精馏分离自控实验的难题,拓展了常规实验的教学功能,丰富了实验课程,激发了学生对实验的兴趣,为培养具有较强专业背景知识和工程实践能力的应用型人才提供了新的实践教学思路。

Abstract: 

To adhere to the application-oriented education mode, cultivate and improve the students' comprehensive ability of petrochemical production process control and detection instrument analysis and management, a virtual simulation experiment of distillation separation automatic control is designed and developed. The platform includes three functional learning modules, in which the experiment covers six aspects: learning the key points of process control knowledge, plant device process exploration, instrument device operation, inspection instrument maintenance, distillation DCS control system operation and distillation tower control loop parameter setting. The virtual simulation experiment solves the problems of strict safety requirements, which is a difficult problem for experiments with high energy consumption and automatic control experiments of distillation separation that cannot be carried out in schools. The virtual simulation experiment platform helps to expand the teaching function of conventional experiment, improve the richness of experimental courses, stimulate the students' interest in doing experiments, and provide practical learning content for cultivating application-oriented talents with strong professional background knowledge and engineering practice ability.
