阳离子改性羧甲基纤维素钠的制备及ASP采出水絮凝研究

摘要 

三元复合驱(ASP)采出水水质复杂,矿化度高、黏度大、含油乳化程度高、小油滴含量高、油水分离困难,对油田生产和环境的影响日益严重。因此,开展ASP采出水高效处理方法的研究成为一项重要任务。为提高ASP采出水中油水分离效率,本文以羧甲基纤维素钠(CMC)为主链,甲基丙烯酰氧乙基三甲基氯化铵(DMC)为单体,过硫酸钾(KPS)为引发剂,利用水溶液聚合法制备阳离子改性羧甲基纤维素接枝共聚物CDC,并应用于ASP采出水的絮凝实验。从CDC投料量、絮凝温度和CDC接枝率方面分析,得到CDC絮凝效果优于CMC。CDC最佳投料量为50 mg/L,絮凝温度超过45oC后絮凝效果变化不明显,CDC最佳接枝率为77.5%

Abstract: 

ASP produced water has complex water quality, high salinity, high viscosity, high oil-containing emulsification, high content of small oil droplets, and difficult oil-water separation, which has an increasingly serious impact on oilfield production and the environment. Therefore, it has become an important task to carry out research on efficient treatment methods of ASP produced water. In order to improve the oil-water separation efficiency in ASP produced water, in this paper, using sodium carboxymethylcellulose (CMC) as the main chain, methacryloyloxyethyltrimethylammonium chloride (DMC) as the monomer, potassium persulfate (KPS) as the initiator, the cationic modified carboxymethyl cellulose graft copolymer (CDC) was prepared by aqueous solution polymerization, and applied to ASP produced water flocculation experiments. From the analysis of CDC feeding amount, flocculation temperature and CDC grafting rate, it is concluded that the flocculation effect of CDC is better than that of CMC. The optimal feeding amount of CDC was 50 mg/L, the flocculation effect did not change significantly when the flocculation temperature exceeded 45oC, and the optimal grafting rate of CDC was 77.5%.
