排气管焊接夹具夹爪的优化设计

摘要 

利用有限元软件ANSYS Workbench对排气管焊接夹具夹持机构的夹爪进行静力学分析,得到夹爪的变形和应力分布情况。在夹爪满足排气管焊接中强度和刚度要求的前提下,对夹爪采用多目标优化中的响应面优化法对其进行尺寸优化,首先建立夹爪优化的数学模型,设置目标函数和约束条件,然后将夹爪各个尺寸进行参数化,通过计算得到夹爪最优设计尺寸。再采用变密度法对夹爪结构进行拓扑优化,以减轻其质量。将夹爪优化前后的变形和应力分布情况进行比较,结果显示优化后夹爪在应力和变形满足设计要求的情况下,夹爪的重量减轻了18.2%。

Abstract: 

Using the finite element software ANSYS Workbench, the static analysis of the clamping jaws of the exhaust pipe welding fixture clamping mechanism was carried out, and the deformation and stress distribution of the clamping jaws were obtained. On the premise that the gripper meets the strength and stiffness requirements of exhaust pipe welding, the size of the gripper is optimized by the response surface optimization method in multi-objective optimization. First, the mathematical model of gripper optimization is established, and the objective function and constraints are set. Conditions, and then parameterize each size of the gripper, and obtain the  coptimal design size of the gripper by calculation. The topological optimization of the jaw structure is then carried out by the variable density method to reduce its mass. Comparing the deformation and stress distribution before and after optimization of the clamping jaw the results show that the weight of the campina jaw is reduced by 27.9% when the stress and deformation meet the design requirements after the optimization.
