According to the process flow, system composition and automatic control mode of the power Waterworks in an automobile factory, the control scheme meeting the actual control requirements is designed. After the important programs such as analog input and output range conversion, temperature and pressure conversion, RS485 communication and so on are developed, the sub equipment is networked through PROFIBUS DP communication protocol, and finally WinCC monitoring interface is developed, Monitor and control the power water coefficient of automobile factory.
