摘要 

为了实现大功率开关电容变换器的电压调节,对采用电容器充电回路的LC等效电路的电压调节方法进行了研究。具体实现是通过对电容器充电电流和电容器的充-放电过程的分析,得出输出电压调节可以通过改变正弦充电电流的开关角度来实现;同时为了降低开关杂散电感中的功率损耗和电磁干扰噪声,需要利用MOSFETs的第三象限工作和专门的杂散电感配置;采用2个开关电容器原型板构建的具有可变输出电压调节能力的倍压器的分析和实验结果表明,本文提出的电压调节方法不仅能够实现软开关的作用,而且其效率要高于采用传统方法的理论最大效率值。

Abstract: 

In order to achieve the voltage regulation for high power switched-capacitor converters,the voltage regulation method of LC equivalent circuit using capacitor charging  loop is studied.The concrete implementation is that the analysis on the charging current and the charge-discharge process of the capacitors is made,then the output voltage regulation can be realized by changing the switching angle of the sinusoidal charging current.At the same time,it is necessary that the third quadrant operation of MOSFETs and special stray inductance arrangement be utilized in order to reduce the power dissipation and EMI noises from stray inductors in switches.The analysis and experiment results,on which voltage doubler has been built using two switched-capacitor prototype boards with variable output voltage regulation capability,show that the proposed voltage regulation method can not only achieve the soft switch function,and its efficiency can exceed the theoretical maximum efficiency value by traditional method.
