摘要 为提高可见光通信 (Visible Light Communication, VLC) 系统的资源利用率,实现系统的高效服务,本文设计一种 ALOHA 机制下 VLC 系统接入控制算法。首先,针对 VLC 系统建模具有多包接收 (Multi-packet Reception, MPR) 能力的 ALOHA 服务机制,采用泊松 (Poisson) 过程刻画数据包到达过程。然后,结合有效容量和有效带宽理论,计算服务质量 (Quality of Service, QoS) 约束下系统可支持的到达强度。构建以到达强度最大化为目标的优化问题并采用灰狼算法 (Grey Wolf Optimization, GWO) 求解。将灰狼算法与粒子群算法 (Particle Swarm optimization, PSO) 进行仿真对比,可以得出灰狼算法的寻优效果好,全局搜索能力强。最后,利用 Matlab 仿真分析终端数量、未被遮挡概率、多包接收能力对接入到达强度的影响。仿真结果表明,算法可以为 VLC 系统的接入控制提供一定的指导,提高系统资源利用率。

Abstract: In order to improve the resource utilization of visible light communication (VLC) system and realize efficient service of the system, this paper designs VLC system access control algorithm based on ALOHA mechanism. Firstly, the ALOHA service mechanism with multi-packet reception (MPR) capability is modeled for VLC system, and the packet arrival process is described by poisson process. Then, combined with the theory of effective capacity and effective bandwidth, the arrival intensity that the system can support under the constraint of quality of service (QoS) is calculated. The Optimization problem with the objective of maximizing the arrival intensity is constructed and solved by grey wolf optimization (GWO). The GWO is compared with particle swarm optimization (PSO). It can be concluded that the GWO has good optimization effect and strong global search ability. Finally, Matlab simulation is used to analyze the influence of the number of terminals, the probability of not being occluded, and the multi-packet reception ability on the arrival intensity. Simulation results show that the algorithm provides some guidance for the access control of VLC system and improves the utilization rate of system resources.
