摘要 

失能老人群体随着人口老龄化、高龄化的加剧,逐渐成为社会关注的焦点,尤其是中轻度失能的老人,该群体多数难以完成站立及行走动作,如上下床、上厕所、室内走动等。根据中轻度失能老人的坐、立、蹲、行等体位转换困难的问题,设计出了一款满足老人上下床和日常活动需求的助行装置,该装置可实现中轻度失能老人独自完成上下床动作,将齿轮齿条机构和人体站立过程中肩部运动曲线相结合,优化出上升机构最佳运动轨迹,实现起卧自由;通过轮毂电机差速原理实现转向,万向轮辅助转向,安全地实现床边厕所等狭小空间的避障和转向问题。

Abstract: 

The group of disabled elderly people has gradually become the focus of social attention as the population is aging and getting older, especially the elderly with moderate to mild disability, most of this group has difficulty in completing standing and walking actions, such as getting in and out of bed, going to the toilet, walking indoors, etc. This paper designs a mobility device to meet the needs of the elderly to get in and out of bed and daily activities according to the difficulties of sitting, standing, squatting and walking of the elderly with moderate to mild disability. tracing automatic parking technology to safely realize the problem of obstacle avoidance and steering in narrow spaces such as bedside toilets.
