比率荧光法定量检测水体中磷酸盐的含量

摘要 

天然水中磷酸盐的含量过高,会造成藻类的过度繁殖,因此磷是评价水质的重要指标。本文以谷胱甘肽和柠檬酸为原料合成了最大荧光发射波长为424 nm的石墨烯量子点(简称GGQDs),并将其与CdTe量子点(最大荧光发射波长为578 nm)混合,得到了比率荧光检测体系(简称GCS体系)。依据荧光强度的变化(F424 nm / F578 nm)与磷酸盐浓度之间的线性关系,建立了一种定量分析磷酸盐含量的方法。该方法的线性范围为15 - 90 μmol/L,最低检出限为6.66 μmol/L。该方法具有较高的灵敏性、选择性与稳定性,可用于检测水体中的磷酸盐含量。

Abstract: 

In natural water, phosphorus is an important indicator for evaluating water quality, which could cause excessive growth of algae. In this paper, graphene quantum dots (GGQDs in short) with a maximum fluorescence emission wavelength of 424 nm was synthesized by using glutathione and citric acid as a raw material, which has been mixed with CdTe quantum dots (maximum fluorescence emission wavelength of 578 nm) to form a ratio fluorescence detection system (GCS in short). Based on the linear relationship between the change of fluorescence intensity (F 424 nm / F 578 nm) and the concentrations of phosphate, a quantitative analysis method for phosphate has been established. The linear range of this method is 15 - 90 μmol/L, the lowest detection limit is 6.66 μmol/L. This method has high sensitivity, selectivity and stability, could be used for detection of phosphate water.
