工业废液正丙醇回收工艺模拟与优化

摘要 

采用PRO/Ⅱ过程模拟软件,选用UNIQUAC热力学模型,以产品正丙醇质量分数为控制指标,热负荷最低为目标函数,对双塔变压精馏的主要工艺参数进行单因素优化。在此基础上,以理论塔板数、进料位置、回流比为自变量,以正丙醇质量分数为响应值,采用Box-Benhnken中心组合设计,建立二阶回归模型并进行工艺参数全局优化。相关参数表明:回归模型可用于分析和预测响应值与自变量间的关系。在模型预测最优工艺参数下,正丙醇质量分数的实验值与模型预测值绝对偏差为6.86%,证实二阶回归模型是可靠、有效的。

Abstract: 

Taking the mass fraction of n-propanol as the control index and the lowest heat load as the objective function, the main parameters of double-column pressure-swing distillation process were determined by single factor optimization with the UNIQUAC thermodynamic model using PRO/II process simulation software. On this basis, with the theoretical number of trays, feed position and reflux ratio as independent variables, and the mass fraction of n-propanol as the response value, a second-order regression model was established through Box-Benhnken central combination design and global optimization of process parameters was carried out. The correlation parameters show that the regression model can be used to analyze and predict the relationship between response values and independent variables. Under the conditions of optimum process parameters, the absolute deviation between the experimental value of n-propanol mass fraction and the predicted value by the model is 6.86%, which  indicate  that the second-order regression model is reliable and effective.
