基于霍尼韦尔PKS的换热器温度控制系统设计及应用

摘要 

发酵过程是燃料乙醇生产过程中极其重要的一环,而在发酵过程中成熟醪液的温度直接影响燃料乙醇发酵的产量和效率。为了解决这一问题,采用霍尼韦尔公司的PKS系统对液化车间换热器出口温度设计控制系统,采用Profit Loop算法代替常规PID控制方式,结果表明改进的系统具有更高的控制精度,可在工程应用领域得到推广。

Abstract: 

The fermentation process is an extremely important part of the fuel ethanol production process, and the temperature of the mature mash during the fermentation process directly affects the yield and efficiency of fuel ethanol fermentation. In order to solve this problem, this paper adopts Honeywell's PKS system to design a control system for the outlet temperature of the heat exchanger in the liquefaction plant. The Profit Loop algorithm is used to replace the conventional PID control method. The results show that the improved system has higher control accuracy and can be popularized in the field of engineering applications.
