摘要 

近年来3D打印技术的逐层堆叠成型原理使其更加灵活,越来越受到人们的重视,成为一个新的研究热点。从成形质量出发,探究熔融沉积成型3D打印技术的最优工艺参数,重点介绍设备工艺原理和工艺流程,总结了打印温度、打印速度、打印层高、填充角度和填充密度对成形质量的影响,通过对试样的力学性能分析和样件质量,得到了3D打印技术的工艺参数优化方案。并以氧气瓶模型设计为实例说明可以通过3D打印参数完善不同制件的应用需求。

Abstract: 

In recent years, the layer-by-layer stacking principle of 3D printing technology makes it more flexible, which has attracted more and more attention and become a new research hotspot.Starting from the forming quality, this paper discussed the optimal process parameters of the fused deposition modeling 3D printing technology, with emphasis on the process principle and process flow of the equipment, the effects of printing temperature, printing speed, printing layer height, filling angle and filling density on the forming quality were summarized, the optimal conditions of 3D printing process parameters was obtained. The oxygen bottle model design is taken as an example to show that the application requirements of different parts can be improved by 3D printing parameters.
