摘要 

提出一种多路两线制传感器在系统模拟/数字信号线路复用传输的接口方案,该方案采用主从式信息传输架构,主机单元可以扩展连接多达256个两线制音频信号采集终端。智能型音频信号采集终端在采集音频模拟信号的同时,通过信号复用线路技术在线接受主控单元的数字指令,实现音频信号采集终端的在线编程、自校准和故障自诊断功能,在很大程度上提高了系统的信息化和智能化水平。该技术已经成功应用于锅炉承压管线泄漏检测系统。

Abstract: 

This paper presents an interface scheme for the multiplexing transmission of multi-channel and two-wire sensor in the analog/digital signal circuit of the system. The scheme adopts the master-slave information transmission architecture, and the host unit can extend and connect up to 256 two-wire audio signal acquisition terminals. The intelligent audio signal acquisition terminal accepts the digital instruction of the main control unit online through signal multiplexing line technology while collecting the audio analog signal, and realizes the online programming, self-calibration and fault self-diagnosis functions of the audio signal acquisition terminal, which improves the information and intelligence level of the system to a great extent. This technology has been successfully applied to boiler pressure pipeline leak detection system.
