通过水热法,以十二烷基苯磺酸钠(SDBS)、聚乙二醇(PEG)、聚氧乙烯山梨糖醇酐脂肪酸酯(Tween)为表面活性剂制备小颗粒ZSM-5沸石,研究了不同表面活性剂及合成条件对小颗粒ZSM-5沸石合成的影响。利用 X 射线衍射(XRD)、扫描电镜(SEM)对所得产品进行了表征。结果表明:吐温添加量为2.5g时效果最好,可得到分散度较好的小粒径产品。
Small particle ZSM-5 Zeolite were synthesized by hydrothermal method with different surfactants such as SDBS, PEG and Tween. The effects of different surfactants and synthesis conditions on the synthesis of small particle ZSM-5 zeolite were studied. The physical properties of the products were characterized by means of X-ray diffraction(XRD),Scanning electron microscopy(SEM). When adding 2.5g Tween surfactant , the dispersion and particle size reached the best level.
