摘要 

通过低温水热方法合成了Ce掺杂的钙钛矿结构LaCrO3单晶样品,样品具有很好的结晶度,矿化剂KOH的浓度会影响样品的形貌。在相同La:Ce:Cr投料比情况下,分别加入3、4、5、6和7g KOH得到了中空状、锐角状、光滑状、表面颗粒起伏状以及表面多孔状的立方块。X-射线光电子能谱数据表明Ce主要以+4价存在,而相应的出现了微量的Cr2+。对于Ce掺杂的LaCrO3的合成和应用研究具有重要的指导和借鉴意义。

Abstract: 

Ce-doped LaCrO3 samples were synthesized by mild hydrothermal method. The samples show good crystallinity. Sample morphology can be affected by the concentration of mineralizer (KOH). With the same starting chemicals ratio of La:Ce:Cr, hollow, rectangle, smooth, roughed and porous cubics could be resulted when 3, 4, 5, 6 and 7 g KOH was added in the reactive mixture. According to XPS results, Ce is mainly +4, and minor Cr2+ occurred in the samples. This research is important to the synthesis and application of Ce-doped LaCrO3 materials.
