等离子喷焊ZrC增强铁基喷焊层Q345复合板的制备

摘要 

对Q345钢板进行等离子喷焊表面处理,通过正交实验优化了Q345表面处理的最佳工艺参数,优化的喷焊工艺为电流60 A、焊枪行走速度20 mm/min、送粉量为35 %、离子气流量为1.2-1.4 L/min、保护气流量为10-12 L/min。结果表明,Q345基板的组织正常,为珠光体+铁素体组织,热影响区处金相组织仍为珠光体+铁素体,喷焊层组织为铁基体及共晶(Cr,Fe)7C3相。其中,喷焊层中的ZrC可以作为铁基体的异质核心,细化了铁基体晶粒尺寸,力学性能得以大幅提高。对最优工艺制备的复合板进行冲击试验测得其冲击韧度为192.8 J/cm2,在冲击过程中高强层的断裂方式为准解理断裂;在基体层位置处断裂方式为解理断裂。

Abstract: 

The surface treatment of Q345 steel plate was carried out by plasma spray welding. The optimum process parameters of Q345 surface treatment were optimized by orthogonal experiment. The optimized spray welding process was as follows: current 60 A, welding gun walking speed 20 mm / min, powder feeding rate 35%, ion gas flow rate 1.2-1.4 L / min, shielding gas flow rate 10-12 L / min. The results show that the microstructure of Q345 substrate is normal, which is pearlite + ferrite. The microstructure of heat affected zone is still pearlite + ferrite. The microstructure of spray welding layer is iron matrix and eutectic (Cr, Fe)7C3 phase. ZrC in the spray welding layer can be used as the heterogeneous core of iron matrix, which can refine the grain size of iron matrix and improve the mechanical properties greatly. The impact toughness of the composite plate prepared by the optimal process is 192.8 J/cm2. The fracture mode of the high strength layer is quasi cleavage fracture, and the fracture mode of the matrix layer is cleavage fracture.
