摘要
针对电阻炉温度随动控制精度问题,开发了基于西门子S7-200 PLC的电阻炉温度随动控制系统,编制了PID定值温控程序和温度分段设定值随动程序,通过触摸屏操作界面,可方便地设定温升曲线,并实时显示实际温度趋势数据。经实际运行测试,PID温控算法控制效果良好,各项控制指标满足现场工艺需求。

Abstract:
The resistance furnace temperature tracking control system based on Siemens S7-200 PLC was developed to solve the problem of temperature tracking control precision of resistance furnace. The constant temperature value PID control program and the temperature segmental setting tracking program were compiled. Through the touch screen interface, the temperature rise curve can be easily set and the actual temperature trend data can be displayed in real time. After the actual operation test, the PID temperature control algorithm has proven a good control effect, and each control indicator can meet the on-site process requirements.
