摘要 

首次将风险价值引入到铁路货运安全中, 基于风险价值中的临界值思想, 结合危险品运输风险价值模型, 提出适用于铁路货运安全运行的风险价值模型。

Abstract: 

Value at risk was introduced for the first time in railway freight safety. Based on the critical value idea of Value at Risk, combined with the Value at Risk model of dangerous goods transportation, this paper proposes a Value at Risk model suitable for the safe operation of railway freight.
