吉林市松花江干流化学需氧量和氨氮水环境容量特征研究

摘要 

随着社会经济的发展,水环境容量成为社会经济和生态环境和谐发展的瓶颈。目前,化学需氧量(COD)和氨氮是吉林市松花江干流的主要污染物。采用河流一维稳态模型,并利用段首控制法对吉林市松花江干流的COD和氨氮的水环境容量进行核算。结果表明:吉林市松花江干流COD和氨氮水环境容量分别为494513.5t/a和24725.7t/a,现状排放量分别为265071.9t/a和7347.2t/a,剩余水环境容量分别为229441.6t/a和17378.4t/a。目前吉林市松花江干流COD和氨氮的水环境容量均有较大的剩余,为吉林市的经济发展提供了坚实保障。

Abstract: 

With the development of social economy, water environment capacity has become one key factor that constrains the development of social economy and ecological environment. At present, chemical oxygen demand (COD) and ammonia nitrogen are the main pollutants in the main stream of Songhua River in Jilin City. In this paper, the one-dimensional steady-state model of river was adopted to calculate the water environmental capacity of COD and ammonia nitrogen in the main stream of Songhua River in Jilin city with the method of segment head control. The results showed that the water environmental capacity of COD and ammonia nitrogen in the main stream of Songhua River were 494513.5t/a and 24725.7t/a respectively, the current discharge were 265071.9t/a and 7347.2t/a respectively.  The remaining water environmental capacity of COD and ammonia nitrogen were 229441.6t/a and 17378.4t/a, respectively. At present, the water environmental capacity of COD and ammonia nitrogen in the main stream of Songhua River in Jilin City have a large surplus, which would provide a solid guarantee for the economic development of Jilin City.
