单向弯曲关节结构功能和静力学性能研究

摘要 

采用伸长型人工肌肉研制了一种单向弯曲关节。采用理论与实验结合的方法,分析了关节弯曲角度与气压关系,可知关节呈现拟圆弧状弯曲。分析了两种关节的弯曲角度与夹持力,当气压为0.4 MPa时,双驱单向弯曲关节最大夹持力为21.11 N,单驱单向弯曲关节的最大夹持力为12.38 N;气压为0.25MPa时,双驱单向弯曲关节弯曲角度为235.4°,气压0.35MPa时,单驱单向弯曲关节弯曲角度可达到239.1°。

Abstract: 

A kind of unidirectional bending joint was developed by using elongated artificial muscle. The relationship between the joint bending angle and the air pressure was analyzed by combining theory with experiment. When the air pressure is 0.4 MPa, the maximum clamping force of dual drive unidirectional bending joint is 21.11 n, and that of single drive unidirectional bending joint is 12.38 n; when the air pressure is 0.25 MPa, the bending angle of dual drive unidirectional bending joint is 235.4 ° and that of single drive unidirectional bending joint can reach 239.1 ° when air pressure is 0.35Mpa.
