摘要 

叶轮是发动机核心部件,由于其整体形状结构复杂,是具有代表性的难加工零件,一般主要采用五轴加工。本文利用CATIA软件对某型叶轮进行三维建模,优化刀具加工轨迹,生成后处理程序,再利用VERICUT模拟加工,最终证明CATIA与VERICUT结合加工复杂零件的方法可行。

Abstract: 

Impeller is the core part of the engine. Because of its complex shape and structure, it is a typical difficult to machine part. Generally, five axis machining is used. In this paper, CATIA software is used for 3D modeling of a certain type of impeller, the tool path is optimized, the post-processing program is generated, and then VERICUT is used to simulate machining. Finally, it is proved that the method of combining CATIA with VERICUT to process complex parts is feasible.
