新冠疫情期间大学英语在线教学满意度调查分析

摘要 

新冠疫情期间学生对线上大学英语课程的满意度将在很大程度上影响线上课程的整体满意度。本研究结合顾客满意度指数模型(ACSI)和技术接受模型(TAM)理论,建构了大学英语线上教学满意度结构方程模型,并对控制变量和潜变量间的假设关系进行检验。结果表明不同性别、年级、专业性质及院校均在课程满意度上存在显著差异;“感知有用性”对课程满意度的影响最为明显等。

Abstract: 

During the new coronavirus pneumonia epidemic period, students’ satisfaction with online college English courses will greatly affect the overall satisfaction of online courses. Based on the ACSI and TAM theory, this study constructed a structural equation model of college English online teaching satisfaction, and tested the hypothesis between the control variables and latent variables. The results show that there are significant differences in course satisfaction among different genders, grades, specialty types and colleges; “Perceived usefulness” has the most obvious effect on course satisfaction, etc.
