摘要
应用高效液相色谱法建立测定抗氧剂3052含量的分析方法。方法采用WondaSil C18 (4.6mm×250mm,5μm)色谱柱,流动相用甲醇:水(95:5),检测波长为208nm,流速1mL/min,进样量为20μL,结果显示在质量浓度为0.015~0.21mg/mL时,线性回归方程为y=49989x+33.976(r2=0.9998),样品的加标回收率在98.1%~101.5%之间。

Abstract:
An analytical method for the determination of antioxidant 3052 by HPLC. The determination conditions were as follows: C18 column (WondaSil 4.6 mm×250 mm, 5 μm), The mobile phase consisted of methanol and deionized water (95:5, v/v), UV detector at 208 nm, the flow rate was 1 mL/min and the injection volume was 20 μL. The result shows that the mass concentration was 0.015 ~ 0.21 mg/mL, the linear regression equation was y=49989x+33.976(r2=0.9998) and the recovery rated of the sample was 98.1%~101.5%.
