摘要 

为了保证发酵罐的安全运行,根据GB/T19624-2004《在用缺陷压力容器安全评定》对含有轴向排列凹坑缺陷的发酵罐进行安全性评定,同时利用ANSYS对发酵罐含有不同数量及间距的凹坑进行静力分析。结果表明:轴向排列的多凹坑在缺陷深度与壁厚比值为2/3即凹坑缺陷深度为4mm时,虽然存在不同数量及间距的凹坑缺陷,但设计压力始终小于最高容许工作压力,即罐体处于安全的状态;此外,最大应力值和应力集中系数与数量和相邻凹坑间距之间有一定的规律,最大应力值和应力集中系数与凹坑缺陷的数量成正比,而与相邻的凹坑间距成反比,特别是在间距L/X≤3时其变化幅度较大,而在L/X>3后趋于恒定。

Abstract: 

In order to ensure the safe operation of fermentation tank, the safety assessment of fermentation tank with pit defect in axial arrangement was evaluated in accordance with GB/T19624-2004 "Safety Assessment of Pressure Vessels with Defect in Use". At the same time, the static analysis of multi-pits with different numbers and distances was carried out by ANSYS. The results show that when the axial arrangement multi-pits under the condition that the ratio of defect depth to thickness is 2/3, that is the pit defect depth is 4 mm, the tank is safe even though there are pits with different number and distances that the design pressure is always less than the maximum allowable working pressure. Moreover, there is a certain regulation about the maximum stress and stress concentration factor between the number of pit and the distance of adjacent pit. The maximum stress value and stress concentration factor are directly proportional to the number of pit defect, while inversely proportional to the distance between adjacent pit. Especially, the value variation range is larger when the distance L/X≤3, but tends to be constant after L/X > 3.
