邻香兰素乙醇溶液比色法检测Fe3+

摘要 

人体中铁元素含量过多会引起人体组织损坏、皮肤色素沉着、肝脾功能性障碍等病状。研究利用Fe3+与邻香兰素乙醇溶液反应生成藏蓝色络合物的特性,实现了对溶液中Fe3+的快速检测。邻香兰素乙醇溶液对Fe3+有较强的选择性。在Fe3+浓度为0~200 μM的范围内,不同浓度的Fe3+的紫外光的吸收大小与Fe3+浓度呈良好的线性关系(R=0.99299),邻香兰素乙醇溶液对Fe3+的检测限约为1 μM。

Abstract: 

Excessive iron content in human body can cause human tissue damage, skin pigmentation, liver and spleen dysfunction and other symptoms. In this paper, the reaction of Fe3+ with o-vanillin ethanol solution to form the dark blue complex was studied. O-vanillin ethanol solution has strong selectivity to Fe3+. In the range of Fe3+ concentration 0~200 μM , the ultraviolet light absorption of Fe3+ with different concentrations showed a good linear relationship with Fe3+ concentration (R=0.99299), the detection limit of o-vanillin ethanol solution on Fe3+ was about 1 M.
