摘要 

当前国内石油化工企业三维数字工厂建设面临着系统深化应用的难题。针对于此,通过对三维数字工厂环境下石化企业操作优化需求进行分析,提出了一种面向三维数字工厂的智能操作优化系统框架设计,从跨平台双向数据传输方法、操作优化简约建模与求解、操作优化系统的数字化平台融合三个方面详细论述了该系统设计中各关键技术难点的解决策略。结合石化企业现有信息建设的实际,实现了基于三维数字工厂的生产过程智能操作优化,为数字化工厂环境下的生产操作优化实施探索有效的解决途径。

Abstract: 

The deepening application of three-dimensional (3D) digital factory is one of the key problems currently encountered in domestic petrochemical enterprises. In this paper, we present a framework design of the intelligent operating optimization system for 3D digital factory by analyzing the operation optimization requirements of petrochemical enterprises in 3D digital factory circumstance. From three aspects of cross-platform bidirectional data transmission method, operation optimization simplified modeling and solution, and operation optimization system digital platform integration, the solving strategies for different technical difficulties are discussed in detail. By combining with the current information system in petrochemical enterprises, this framework can realize the production operating optimization on the platform of 3D digital plant, which makes it possible to explore effective solution for the implement of production operating optimization in the digital factory environment.
