摘要 

本文主要分析了当前中国东、中、西部地区对外贸易发展的悬殊差距,指出三大地区间产业的孤立发展及恶性竞争问题。这种对外贸易的空间失衡格局阻碍了中国的全方位改革开放与对外贸易的持续、健康发展。三大地带基于竞争的对外贸易格局应转为“竞合”发展,构建互惠互利的对外贸易发展新局面,打破区域壁垒,建立互联互通的设施网络,实现跨区域贸易分工与协作,推动新时代中国成为贸易强国。

Abstract: 

This paper mainly analyzes the current gap in the development of foreign trade in the east, central and western regions of China, and points out the problems of the isolated development and vicious competition of the industries in the three regions. This pattern of spatial imbalance in foreign trade hinders China's all-round reform and opening up and the sustained and healthy development of foreign trade. The foreign trade pattern based on competition in the three zones should be changed to "competition and cooptation" development, to build a new situation of mutually beneficial foreign trade development, to break regional barriers, to establish a network of interconnected facilities, to realize cross-regional trade division and cooperation, and to promote China to become a trade power in the new era.
