关于高校教学单位实施目标管理的思考

摘要

对目标管理产生及发展过程进行了概述，对高校教学单位实施目标管理的必要性及意义进行了论证，从高校教学单位实施目标管理的总体构架谋划、指标体系设计、考核评价及考核结果运用等方面进行了深入的思考。

Abstract:

This paper summarizes the emergence and development process of target management, demonstrates the necessity and significance of implementing target management in teaching units of colleges and universities, and deeply considers the overall framework of implementing target management in teaching units of colleges and universities, the design of index system, assessment and evaluation, and the application of assessment results.
