摘要 

本文所提出的平面机构设计分析实验台是一种可广泛应用于全国各大高校开展设计性开放性实验的实验平台。实验平台可以实现目前大部分任意尺寸平面机构稳定地安装在实验平台上并且在电机驱动下平稳地运转后得出相应的实验数据。实验平台本身与现有平台相比可随着构件尺寸的变化支撑横梁与支撑立柱的位置可相应变化,并利用3D打印技术实验者自主打印出所需构件,本实验台不提供任何构件,确保实验自主设计性与开放性。

Abstract: 

The experimental platform for planar mechanism design and analysis presented in this paper is an experimental platform which can be widely used in designing and opening experiments in major universities throughout the country. The experimental platform can realize that most of the planar mechanisms at any size are stably installed on the experimental platform, and the corresponding experimental data are obtained after the smooth operation of the motor. Experimental platform with the existing platform can be compared with the size of the components change support beam and the supporting upright position can be changed, and the use of 3D printing technology to print out the experimenter independent component, the platform does not provide any component, ensure the independent design and open. This paper introduces the experiment platform of plane mechanism.
