Engineering Thermodynamics and Heat Transfer is an important basic course in
engineering disciplines such as energy, power. It is related to heat transfer
and system analysis, and it has the characteristics of profound theory, strong
practicality and complex calculation. This paper takes this course as the
research object to explore the reform and innovative exploration of the teaching
methods for Engineering Thermodynamics and Heat Transfer under a multi-disciplinary
model. It emphasizes the students' engagement and practical experience, aiming
to provide useful ideas and methods for the teaching reform of this course
through the combination of a variety of teaching methods.
