摘要 采用Fluent软件,模拟小型燃气锅炉掺烧生物质气对锅炉燃烧工况的影响。通过控制燃气锅炉在不同负荷下掺烧生物质气体量的百分比,分析燃烧室内火焰偏移量,烟气流动均匀程度,以及对火焰的冲击情况。同时,在保证燃烧稳定的条件下,确定科学合理的生物质气的和天然气的最佳掺烧比例。模拟结果表明:一次换热管内烟气速度略有提高,速度差异降低;二次换热管出口烟气速度差异也有所下降;出口烟气温度明显下降,整体换热效果有所提高。

Abstract: This article uses Fluent software to simulate the effect of mixed biomass gas on the combustion conditions of small gas boilers. By controlling the percentage of biomass gas in gas boilers at different loads, analyze the flame deviation in the combustion chamber, the uniformity of flue gas flow, and the impact on the flame. At the same time, while ensuring stable combustion, determine the scientifically reasonable optimal blending ratio of biomass gas and natural gas. The simulation results show that the flue gas velocity in the primary heat exchanger tube increases slightly and the velocity difference decreases, the flue gas velocity difference at the outlet of the secondary heat exchanger tube also decreases, and the flue gas temperature at the outlet decreases obviously, the overall heat transfer effect is improved.
