摘要 

脱乙烷精馏是乙烯生产过程中的一道重要工序 ,控制塔顶压力保持稳定是脱乙烷安全稳定生产 的关键环节.针对某企业脱乙烷精馏塔压力在负荷扰动时不易收敛问题,基于S7-300PLC设计了塔顶 压力-流量串级自动控制系统,为避免设定值改变引起微分项的输出锐变在副控制器微分算法时以被控变量微分代替偏差微分,系统在仿真结果上取得了良好的控制效果,为实际生产过程控制系统改造升级 提供了一定的参考和借鉴。

Abstract: 

Deethane distillation is an important process in ethylene production,and controlling the top pressureof the tower to maintain stability is a key link in the safe and stable production of deethane.In response to theproblem of difficult convergence of pressure in the de ethane distillation tower of a certain enterprise under loaddisturbance,a tower top pressure flow cascade automatic control system was designed based on S7-300PLC.Inorder to avoid sharp changes in the output of the differential term caused by changes in the set value,controlledvariable differentiation was used instead of deviation differentiation in the differential algorithm of the subcontroller.The system achieved good control effect in the simulation results,This provides a certain referenceand inspiration for the transformation and upgrading of actual production process control systems.
