摘要 

喷雾降温系统应用广泛,但现有喷雾降温系统存在控制精度不高,资源节约效果差等问题,本文通过对液滴蒸发模型进行分析,建立喷雾降温系统数学模型,设计了基于模型预测控制算法的喷雾降温控制。在MATLAB环境下使用该算法对喷雾降温模型进行仿真,对系统状态、系统输入和跟踪信号进行分析。结果表明,相较于传统的PID控制方法,所提出的模型预测控制算法在响应速度、控制精度和经济效益方面均表现出更好的性能。该研究为实际喷雾冷却应用提供了有价值的参考,提高了系统的控制精度和使用效率。

Abstract: 

Spray cooling system is widely used, but the existing spray cooling system has some problems, such as low control accuracy, poor resource saving effect, etc. In this paper, by analyzing the droplet evaporation model, the mathematical model of spray cooling system is established, and the spray cooling control based on model predictive control algorithm is designed. In the MATLAB environment, the spray cooling model is simulated by using this algorithm, and the system state, system input and tracking signal are analyzed. The results show that compared with the traditional PID control method, the proposed model predictive control algorithm has better performance in response speed, control accuracy and economic benefits. The research provides a valuable reference for the practical application of spray cooling and improves the control accuracy and efficiency of the system.
