基于压电骨传导原理的助眠装置设计研究

摘要 

通过分析骨传导助眠音频信号作用基理,利用差拍技术,研究开发了基于压电陶瓷晶片材料进行叠堆产生骨传导助眠声波压电振子核心器件,并结合辅助睡眠音乐设计了助眠装置;利用ANSYS软件对压电陶瓷晶片进行模态仿真分析,选择出适合的参数,进行了实验测试,达到了预期效果。

Abstract: 

By analyzing the basic principle of Bone conduction sleep aid audio signal through beat technology, this paper studies and develops the core device of piezoelectric vibrator based on piezoelectric ceramic chip materials for stacking to generate Bone conduction sleep aid acoustic wave, and designs the sleep aid device combined with sleep aid music; Using ANSYS software to conduct modal simulation analysis on piezoelectric ceramic chips, suitable parameters were selected, and experimental tests were conducted, achieving the expected results.
