多腔模设计中非平衡浇注系统优化与充填分析

摘要 

以中性笔筒套为例,进行了1模48腔的塑模设计。首先对其非平衡浇注系统进行初步设计和优化设计并计算BGV值,确定了优化设计尺寸;然后建立两者的充填分析模型,分析结果认为优化设计减少了先后充填的时间差,降低了充填压力近20MPa;最后根据优化尺寸进行了模具结构设计与生产实验,实验证明这种针对分流道的分段分组优化设计,在保证塑件质量的同时减少了钳工工作量、缩短了模具生产周期、实现了高效塑件生产,同时也为多腔模的非平衡浇注系统优化设计提供可行性参考依据。

Abstract: 

Take the neutral pen sleeve as an example, the plastic mould with 1 mode 48 cavities was designed. Firstly, the non-equilibrium gating system was designed preliminarily and optimally, the BGV values of it were calculated and compared, the optimum design dimension was determined. Then, two kinds of filling analysis models were established. The results show that the optimal design can reduce the time gap between the firstly filling and lastly filling , the filling pressure by 20MPa.Finally, according to the optimization design of the gating system for the structure of the mold design and production experiments, the experiment proved that this sub-grouping optimization design for the sub-runner, it shortens the processing cycle of the mould, guarantees the quality of the plastic parts, realizes the high efficiency production, and provides a feasible reference for optimizing the filling of multi-cavity mould.
