基于人因工程的医院住院部布局优化研究

摘要 

以人因工程学为基础,以J市R医院消化内科为例,对住院部布局进行优化研究。通过实地走访和问卷调查发现消化内科现行住院部布局中存在的问题,基于人因工程学对布局进行优化,并使用Flexsim对布局优化前后进行仿真对比分析,从而验证优化方案的有效性。

Abstract: 

Based on ergonomics, this paper studies the optimization of the layout of inpatient department in hospital by taking the gastroenterology department of R hospital in J city as an example. Through field visits and questionnaire surveys, problems in the current layout of inpatient department in the gastroenterology department are found. Based on ergonomics, this paper optimizes the layout, and uses Flexsim simulation to compare the layout before and after optimization, so as to verify the effectiveness of the optimization scheme.
