气动柔性三肌肉轴向驱动器力学性能研究

摘要 

针对市场上常见直线驱动器柔性差、重量大的缺点设计研发了一种气动柔性三肌肉轴向驱动器,并对驱动器进行理论分析得出驱动力与气压,伸长量与气压的公式并搭建实验平台对驱动器的公式进行实验校核。分析理论值与实验值的差异并得出结论。研究表明轴向驱动器伸长量不变时,通入气压越大驱动力越大。轴向驱动器通入的气压不变时,伸长量越大驱动力越小。该研究对以后轴向驱动器的控制和使用提供了一定基础。

Abstract: 

Aiming at the shortcomings of poor flexibility and heavy weight of common linear drives on the market, a pneumatic flexible three-muscle axial drive has been designed and developed.The theoretical analysis of the driver is carried out to obtain the formulas of driving force and air pressure, elongation and air pressure, and an experimental platform is built to verify the formula of the driver.Analyzing the difference between the theoretical value and the experimental value and drawing a conclusion,。Studies have shown that when the extension of the axial actuator is constant, the greater the air pressure, the greater the driving force. When the air pressure of the axial drive is constant, the greater the elongation, the smaller the driving force.the research provides a certain basis for the control and use of the axial drive in the future.
