摘要 

在互联网+大环境下电子商务行业迅猛发展,对传统零售行业带来巨大的冲击,传统零售行业的顾客流失现象异常严峻,吸引顾客以及留住顾客是传统零售行业乃至大型商业购物广场的企业必须要考虑的问题。通过实地调查,发现大型购物中心经营绩效较差、顾客忠诚度低等问题,从而提出一站式多功能购物组合,优化儿童业态,提高服务水平等作为大型购物中心的首要配置,促进企业的购物中心健康发展。

Abstract: 

In the context of Internet+, the rapid development of e-commerce industry has brought a great impact on the traditional retail industry. The decrease of customers in the traditional retail industry is so severe that attracting and maintaining customers has become the enterprises' first concern. it is found that the management performance of large shopping centers is poor and the customers' loyalty is low through the on-the-spot investigation. Therefore, a one-stop multi-functional shopping mix is proposed so as to optimize the format for children and improve the service level so as to promote the healthy development of shopping centers.
