关于振动影响微细气泡效果的实验研究

摘要 

气泡大小是影响臭氧利用率的重要参考指标,为了探究振动频率对气泡大小的影响,我们自主设计并搭建了一种能够改变振动频率,并且能够十分简易地测量到气泡大小的实验装置。本文讲述了该实验装置的设计方式和主要结构,以及在应用过程中的实验步骤和通过实验得出的实验数据并且想出了一种能够直接测量气泡尺寸的方法。得出结论:振动频率越大,气泡的尺寸越小(即臭氧在水中的利用率越高)。

Abstract: 

Bubble size is an important reference index for the utilization of ozone. In order to explore the effect of vibration frequency on bubble size, we independently designed and built an experimental device that can change the vibration frequency and measure the bubble size very easily. This paper describes the design and main structure of the experimental device, as well as the experimental steps in the application process and experimental data obtained through experiments and came up with a method to directly measure the bubble size. It is concluded that the larger the vibration frequency, the smaller the size of the bubble (ie, the higher the utilization of ozone in water).
