单分散磁性高分子微球的制备与表征

摘要 通过水合肼还原法制备粒度分布较窄的Fe3O4为磁性载体,苯乙烯为单体、采用分散聚合法制备单分散、超顺磁性的聚苯乙烯磁性微球,并对微球进行相貌、结构和超顺磁性的表征,结果表明,该方法适合制备粒径为~1μm的单分散磁性高分子微球,能够进行高效能的磁性靶向捕捉。

Abstract: Fe3O4 particles, which were reduced by hydrazine hydrate with narrow size distribution, as the magnetic carriers, monodisperse and superparamagnetic polystyrene magnetic microspheres were prepared by dispersion polymerization. The morphology, structure and superparamagnetic properties of the microspheres were characterized. The results showed that magic polymer microspheres have good superparamagnetic and smooth surface. This method was suitable for the preparation of monodisperse particles with diameter about 1 μm. The magnetic polymer microspheres were capable of efficient magnetic targeting.
