钒取代磷钨酸盐/刚果红电致变色膜的制备及性能研究

摘要 基于Layer-by-Layer技术,将有机染料刚果红和钒取代磷钨酸盐(K7P2W16V2O62·18H2O)复合,制备了一种复合电致变色材料:[PEI/P2W16V2/PEI/刚果红]20。紫外-可见吸收光谱监测显示复合材料的合成均一、稳定。紫外可见分光光度计与电化学工作站联机表明:染料刚果红的加入使复合材料实现了由红色到栗色、再到红色的可逆颜色变化,增加了磷钨酸盐电致变色材料的变色种类。并且此复合材料展现了良好的电致变色性能,复合材料在650 nm处的光反差可以达到20.11 %,复合膜的着色效率可以提高到33 cm2 C-1,着色时间和褪色时间分别缩短到4.74 s和8.16 s。

Abstract: A electrochromic material based on vanadium substituted phosphotungstate (K7P2W16V2O62·18H2O)and congo red has been prepared by layer-by-layer (LbL) method, and characterized by UV-visible spectra, and cyclic voltammograms. It shows that the growth process of composite materials is uniform and stable. The composite film displays adjustable colors and undergoes transitions from red to maroon ,then to red, resulting in an optical contrast of 20.11 % and a coloration efficiency of 33 cm2 C-1. Furthermore, the switching times were 4.74 s for coloration, and 8.16 s for bleaching.
