Abstract: A new method of modification of polyphenol antioxidant was explored. CPL esterification was synthesized by esterification with acrylic acid, phosphorus oxychloride and triethylamine. A single factor experiment was carried.The optimum process conditions are as follows: m (polyphenol compound): m (acrylic acid): m (phosphorus oxychloride): m (triethylamine) =18:2:4:3, the optimum reaction temperature is 79℃, and the heat preservation reaction time is 2.5h. Under this technological condition, esterification. The esterification rate 88 to 90%.
