摘要 本文探索了聚酚抗氧化剂改性的新方法。以丙烯酸、三氯氧磷、三乙胺等为反应原料,通过酯化法合成CPL酯化物,进行对比实验,采用单因素实验法,确定了合成的最佳工艺条件为:m(聚酚化合物):m(丙烯酸):m(三氯氧磷):m(三乙胺)=18:2:4:3,最佳反应温度为79℃,保温反应时间2.5h,在此工艺条件下,酯化率可达88.0~90.0%。

Abstract: A new method of modification of polyphenol antioxidant was explored. CPL esterification was synthesized by esterification with acrylic acid, phosphorus oxychloride and triethylamine. A single factor experiment was carried.The optimum process conditions are as follows: m (polyphenol compound): m (acrylic acid): m (phosphorus oxychloride): m (triethylamine) =18:2:4:3, the optimum reaction temperature is 79℃, and the heat preservation reaction time is 2.5h. Under this technological condition, esterification. The esterification rate 88 to 90%.
