摘要 针对双容水箱液位控制系统,基于Quanser公司生产的Q4数据采集卡和SIMULINK软件,设计了一种半实物仿真平台。介绍了平台的硬件组成及关键技术的解决方案,并以PI控制器为例,介绍了基于SIMULINK的控制器搭建及其参数整定过程。实验结果表明,本平台能够有效验证控制器的特性,能大大缩小控制系统设计的研发周期。

Abstract: A hardware-in-the-loop simulation platform for coupled-tank control system based on Quanser data acquisition card and SIMULINK software are designed. First, its hardware structure and implement scheme of key technique are introduced in this paper. Then, controller realization and its parameter tuning process are illustrated by the example of PI controller. The experimental results show that the characteristic of controller can be verified well and the development cycle of control system can be shortened largely using the designed platform .
