摘要 在过程控制的PLC实践教学中,使用SIMIT软件建立对象的仿真系统,可以有效解决PLC传统教学中难以真实模拟被控对象的问题。实验表明,基于SIMIT的仿真系统,具有操作方便、开发灵活的特点,无需实际的实验设备,即可真实模拟被控对象的控制过程。本文以某涂料生产工艺为例,介绍了基于SIMIT的过程控制仿真过程。

Abstract: In the PLC practice teaching of process control, by establishing the object in the SIMIT software to achieve the process control simulation system, the difficulty to simulate the controlled device can be effectively solved. Experiments indicate that the simulation control system based on SIMIT has the advantage to accurately simulate the control process of controlled device without real experimental facilities, as well as the features of easy operation and flexible development. In this paper, a coating production process is illustrated to introduce the simulation process of process industry based on SIMIT.
