Using microwave digestion - graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrophotometer; There was a good linear relationship between 0 ~ 20 ng/mL and the linear correlation coefficient was 0.999.Optimization of the ashes of the furnace temperature, graphite in the ashing temperature is 1000 ℃ instrument to achieve the best working state. The determination of heavy metal elements in the radix isatidis chrome no provisions in the《Chinese pharmacopoeia》, there is no research in this field, as one of the harmful elements of chromium in the aspect of quality control in the future will be essential. Experiments by microwave digestion of samples at different temperatures was dispelled, atomization device using graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrophotometer determination of chromium in the samples, received good results, can for the future on the determination of chromium in radix isatidis lay a good foundation.
