板蓝根中总铬含量的测定及测定条件的优化

摘要 探索板蓝根中铬元素的测定方法与测定条件的优化,为板蓝根的质量控制提供参考依据;运用微波消解-石墨炉原子吸收分光光度计进行测定;Cr在 0~20ng/ml范围内有较好的线性关系,其线性相关系数达到0.999。优化了石墨炉灰化温度,在灰化温度为1000℃仪器达到了最佳工作状态。板蓝根中的重金属元素铬的测定在《中国药典》中没有规定,目前也没有这方面的研究,作为有害元素之一的铬在今后的质量控制方面将会是必不可少的。实验采用微波消解在不同的温度下对样品进行消解处理,运用石墨炉原子化器原子吸收分光光度计对样品中的铬进行测定,得到了较好的实验结果,能够为今后板蓝根中铬的测定奠定较好的基础。

Abstract: To explore the determination method of chrome-element and the optimization of the determination condition, and to provide the reference for the quality control of the Radix isatidis. Using microwave digestion - graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrophotometer; There was a good linear relationship between 0 ~ 20 ng/mL and the linear correlation coefficient was 0.999.Optimization of the ashes of the furnace temperature, graphite in the ashing temperature is 1000 ℃ instrument to achieve the best working state. The determination of heavy metal elements in the radix isatidis chrome no provisions in the《Chinese pharmacopoeia》, there is no research in this field, as one of the harmful elements of chromium in the aspect of quality control in the future will be essential. Experiments by microwave digestion of samples at different temperatures was dispelled, atomization device using graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrophotometer determination of chromium in the samples, received good results, can for the future on the determination of chromium in radix isatidis lay a good foundation.
